All You Can Eat Japanese | Craigieburn & Williamstown, Melbourne

TikTok & Instagram Creator Partnership Brief

HELLO

Thank you for taking the time to read through this. We are Saikyo — an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant with two locations in Melbourne: Craigieburn and Williamstown.

We are reaching out because we love your content and believe your audience would genuinely enjoy hearing about what we offer. We would love to invite you and your friends to dine with us — completely on us — in exchange for some honest content shared across your TikTok and Instagram channels.

This brief outlines everything you need to know: what we are offering and what we ask in return. We have kept it straightforward and fair.

ABOUT SAIKYO

Saikyo is a Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurant designed for people who love to eat well with the people they care about. We offer a wide-ranging menu — from freshly made sushi and sashimi through to hot mains, sides, and desserts — all in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

• Craigieburn — serving Melbourne’s northern suburbs
• Williamstown — serving Melbourne’s inner-western suburbs

Our goal with this campaign is simple: invite real people to experience Saikyo genuinely, and share that experience with their communities in their own authentic voice.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING YOU

In exchange for the content outlined in this brief, Saikyo will provide the following at no cost to you:

Please note: this partnership is a content-for-experience exchange only. There is no monetary payment involved, and this will not change. We believe the value of the experience — a complimentary full AYCE meal for up to 5 people — fairly reflects the content we are asking for.

WHAT WE DO NOT EXPECT

We want to be upfront about what this partnership is not:

• We do not expect a perfect or polished production — authentic content always performs better
• We do not provide scripts or talking points — your genuine experience and opinion is the point

• We do not expect a positive review — if something wasn’t great, that’s okay. Honest content builds real trust
• We do not own the content you create — it remains yours entirely
• We do not require you to disclose the partnership in any specific wording beyond what your platform’s standard practice requires

Responsible Creative Freedom

While we encourage your authentic voice and creative expression, we ask that all content produced as part of this partnership meets the following standards:

• No profanity or offensive language in any content that references or tags Saikyo
• No content that is defamatory, misleading, or factually inaccurate about Saikyo, its staff, or its food
• No content that includes or encourages illegal behaviour, including dangerous food challenges or anything that could be considered a health or safety risk
• No content that could be considered discriminatory, hateful, or harmful toward any individual or group
• No content that portrays Saikyo in a context that is sexual, violent, politically divisive, or reputationally damaging

We trust your judgment and are not looking to restrict your creativity — we simply ask that content associated with Saikyo reflects a standard you would be proud of and that we can comfortably reshare on our own channels. If you are unsure whether something is appropriate, feel free to check with us before posting.

Disclosure: As a general guide, Australian influencer disclosure standards (ACCC) recommend labelling gifted or sponsored content with terms such as ‘#gifted’, ‘#ad’, or ‘#sponsored’. We leave the exact wording to your discretion in line with your platform’s standard practice.
